I’ve dealt with Geoff for over 10 years and would not consider using anyone else now. He has let the house every year without difficulty and achieving excellent rents. Payments are prompt, and the inspections are thorough and regular.

I know Lettings Agents get a bad press, and we have had to deal with some terrible ones, but KH were actually very fair when it came to deposit deductions and compensation for issues that reoccurred with the property. I intentionally found my current property through them as well and so far so good!

Although we have had some issues with the house and the current tenants, this potentially difficult problem has been well handled by Geoff and is now sorted to everyone’s satisfaction. I’m very grateful and pleased.
